INTRODUCTION

I created this blog site on International Business Environment not just to provide information about it and post research articles on related news, but also as a current business environment student, to learn more and explore the vast content of international business environment.

The first thing you would want to clarify might be; what exactly is a business environment ? – and no, it is not the natural forces of the earth which we learnt in science class. It is far different from that. Business environment is basically a collection of external and internal factors that have a direct or indirect impact on the business. The impact may be negative or positive. We will discuss the factors in detail some other time.

Whats so important and interesting about it ? – well i’m not so sure about it being interesting. I myself am not that keen on the topic. But if u wish to be a successful entrepreneur in the future, neglecting business environment would not be a good choice. Environmental analysis will help the firm to understand what is happening both inside and outside the organization and which will then influence the various decisions and activities of the organisation.

  • Optimum Use Of Resources : Proper environmental assessment helps to make optimum utilization of scare human, natural and capital resources and reduce wastage of these resources.
  • Dynamic in approach : The business environment is very dynamic, meaning it is constantly changing. These changes may or may not be favorable to the organisation. The organisation has to thus study the environment in order to make sure that the business takes necessary precaution against these changes.

Mentioned above are just a few of the benefits that an organisation can gain if it studies and pays extreme care to its business environment.
